At Eclothing.in, we prioritize customer satisfaction through our “Buyer Protection Program”. Please review the policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities. 1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
We allow all types of returns and exchanges to be entertained except:
- The product that has been sewn by the customer.
- Branded Products Like Sayuri, Ashirwad, Gulkayra, Jisha, Zeel & so on.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/labels intact, and accompanied by the original invoice.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-stitched products, clearance sale items, promotional offers, or products without original packaging/tags.
2. Steps to Initiate a Return/Exchange
Step 1: Register Your Dispute
- Timeframe: Raise a dispute within 2 Day of delivery.
- To register a dispute, the clients must reach out within the mentioned duration via;

- Include the order number, photos/videos of the issue, and reason for return.
Step 2: Return the Product
- Self-Courier Return:
i. Ship the product to our warehouse within 2 days of dispute approval.
ii. The customers should be paid the charges of self-courier.
iii. Use India Post or any local courier.
iv. Share Return Details: Email/WhatsApp the courier receipt and tracking number.

- Reverse Pickup (Paid):
Ø We arrange pickup for a fee of ₹150, deducted from your refund or separately paid by the client who registered a dispute.
Step 3: Quality Check & Resolution
- After receiving the product, our team will inspect it within 48 hours.
- If approved:
- Exchange: Free replacement shipped immediately.
- Refund: Initiated to your bank account (details required).

We refund the customer once the parcel is picked up from their location if the company arranges the pickup.
For self-courier returns, the refund is processed once the parcel is delivered to our office address.
- Timeline: Refunds processed within 7 Days of approval.
- Refund Method:
Ø Bank transfer only. Provide:
i. Beneficiary Name
ii. Account Number
iii. IFSC Code
Ø Deductions:
i. No refunds for shipping charges, customs duties, or taxes.
ii. Only the product amount is refunded.
4. Exchange Process
- Free Pickup & Replacement:
i. We cover pickup and shipping costs for exchanges.
ii. Replacement shipped after quality check and when the reverse pickup is completed.
5. Important Notes
1. Alterations: Shipping charges for alterations are borne by the customer.
2. Clearance/Promotional Items: No returns/exchanges accepted.
3. Legal Jurisdiction: All disputes fall under Surat jurisdiction courts.
4. Agreement: Placing an order on https://eclothing.in/ implies acceptance of this policy.
