1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

At eclothing.in, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. We provide Free Shipping across India through our reliable logistics partners.

For international deliveries, shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country, weight, and volume of your order. You can view applicable international shipping charges at checkout after entering your delivery address — no payment or registration is required to preview rates.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation from our warehouse.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number & you can check my account page. You can use this number to track your order status directly on our logistics partner’s website.

3. LOCAL DELIVERY (WITHIN INDIA)

We offer Free Standard Delivery across India.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–6 working days after dispatch.

  • Our delivery partners operate between 9 AM and 10 PM, Monday to Saturday.

  • Please ensure that your contact number is provided at checkout to help the courier reach you if needed.

If no one is available to receive the package, there may be an additional charge for re-delivery.

4. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For international orders, delivery times typically range between 6–8 working days, depending on your country and our logistics partners (FedEx, DHL, ARAMEX or their affiliates).
You can track your international shipment using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

5. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For international customers, import duties, taxes, or customs charges (if applicable) are determined by your country’s customs authority. These charges must be paid by the customer to clear customs.
